During the last 13 years we have become a multi-lingual and multi-tower BPO Company, providing Nordic, Western European and multinational businesses with cost-effective nearshoring services, performed by more than 900 motivated and friendly employees operating from 10 different offices in 6 European countries. Our Alicante office is experiencing a steady growth, and is currently seeking a Senior Team Leader for our Norwegian Air Shuttle project.  

Our Alicante office, located in Torrevieja, is seeking an experienced Senior Team Leader to oversee a team of talented Team Leaders on a daily basis.  Used to working in a performance-related environment, the ideal candidate will be expected to conduct regular performance reviews, identify common training needs and provide all staff with the necessary tools to perform their tasks. They will also be solution oriented and have the ability to motivate both on a team level and on a personal level.

In addition, the successful person must be able to demonstrate an understanding of achieving KPIs and show that they have previously identified, and resolved, issues relating to departmental development needs in line with good business practice.  Previous experience in building a positive team with goal-orientated spirit is also required. The successful candidate will represent the company in a professional manner in all relevant functions by following and promoting both Runway and the client values.

  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • First-class time management skills
  • First rate communication and inter-personal skills
  • Advanced MS office knowledge
  • High standard of written and verbal English
  • Self-motivation

Key experience will be:

  • Experience from outsourcing industry
  • Previous experience within management of team of Team Leaders or equal
  • Previous experience from multi-lingual environment

Candidates with Scandinavia Native Level Language will be at an advantage. Previous experience from airline and/or travel industry will be an advantage.
